Each week we will focus on a new skill — sauteeing, using knives, roasting while working with foods in season and ones they can recreate and build upon to make them their own. The kids will not only learn but build upon the skills they already have. We will be able to finish each class with the opportunity to enjoy our creations. We will focus on the first 3-4 classes with instructional lessons on food prep, safety and all of the above and the rest of the classes will be geared towards making various foods from a mystery basket of items — each week it may be a main dish, lunch item, dessert — the possibilities are endless!
