Finally, a science class everyone will love! Learn to measure properly, the role yeast plays in dough, and caramelization techniques. Understand how food changes its taste, texture, and appearance through science, a real edible education.
Attack hunger with these tasty snacks! In this camp we’ll whip up delicious snacks that are a mix of sweet and savory to keep hunger away. We’re sure to be whisked away in fun! Gluten- & Dairy-Free accommodations cannot be made at this class.
Inspired by the zany and fun stories of Dr. Suess, each day’s menu this week will have an item inspired by one of our favorite stories, which we’ll read during lunch time. We’ll create fun food that will bring the story and our tastebuds to life!

There won’t be Sour Grapes or Bad Seeds used in this kids camp, but there’s sure to be Big Cheese(y) smiles walking out our doors everyday! Inspired by one of our favorite foodie book series, our recipes feature the main character of the book we read that day.
