Mangia! Mangia! It’s time to learn to bake the most delicious Italian treats. Campers will create classic desserts like cream puffs and cannoli, zesty biscotti, and of course, tiramisu.
Each day of this candyland fantasy, campers create a chocolate dessert inspired by Charlie’s adventures in Roald Dahl’s beloved children’s story.
Campers spend the week expanding basic cooking skills and becoming familiar with how to make baked goods, dinners, lunches, breakfasts, and appetizers.
Happy campers return from a week of “campfire cooking school” knowing how to make recipes like skillet cornbread, blueberry griddle cakes, s’mores, and more.
Savor the flavors of NYC’s Little Italy from sweet to savory. Campers learn to create homemade ricotta, pastas, pizzas, tiramisu, gelato, manicotti, biscotti, and gnocchi.
Young campers learn there’s more to noodles than macaroni as they roll up their sleeves and get elbow deep in making these stringy, stretchy, and ultimately delicious creations from around the globe.
Nurture your budding David Attenborough with a cooking class inspired by amazing animals like Llamas, Narwhals, Sloths, Flamingos, Toucans, and even Unicorns!
In this camp, our FrogLegs Kitchen transforms into an old-fashioned Ice Cream Parlor. Every campers learn to make a new ice cream flavor and create a dessert to go with it.
In the magically delicious world of FrogWarts School of Kitchencraft, campers conjure up sorting hat cupcakes, chimera cinnamon rolls, Potter pasta primavera, quibbler quiche, and visit Honeydukes’ Candy Parlor!
All you need for this camp is your tastebuds and a sense of adventure. Explore the cuisines of Madrid, the street foods of Prague, and the food markets of Rome.
Under our big top, campers clown around while making classic circus treats like cotton candy, churros, ice cream, buttered corn, caramel apples, pretzels, and so much more.
Up to their elbows in flour these campers will sift, measure, and bake decorated cakes, flaky pie crusts, and seasonal pies. And the very best part is that all of our creations will be brought home to share!
Campers “travel” to Europe to broaden their palate as they learn about the traditional foods found on the Grecian shores of Santorini, Paris’ cafe culture, Italy’s sunny Amalfi Coast, the emerald hills of Ireland, and more.
Full of colorful and fun activities, campers will be cooking out-of-the-box recipes popular on social media.
Channeling Julia Child campers will master the art of making these Gallic classics like French onion soup, quiche lorraine, au gratin potatoes, chocolate mousse, and fruit tarts.
In this class, we will work with yeast to create treats such as donuts, cinnamon rolls, and pastries, as well as decorative breads, artful focaccia, and so much more.
Calling all guppies! There’s a world of wonder waiting for you in this aquatic-themed cooking camp. Campers learn to cook a menu inspired by mermaids, coral, seaweed, turtles, rainbow fish, and sparkling sands.
The delightful, tropical treats campers make in class give serious good vibes. Campers make fun-filled foods like a Taco Bar, Coconut Rice Stir Fry, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, and Lime Coolers.

We are rainbows, me and you. Every color, every hue. Each day our camper’s recipes reflect a color found on the rainbow, like red strawberry shortcakes, orange carrot cupcakes, and yellow pineapple upside-down cupcakes.
