Corporate Gifting FAQ’s
How far in advance do orders need to be placed?
- Our team requires 48 hours notice of small orders. For large orders, please order 2 weeks in advance.
- Custom orders must be placed 2 weeks in advance to ensure we have the materials and products to create your custom gift!
Do you ship or deliver gifts?
Currently, only our cookie care packages are available for shipping. We may be able to deliver locally – please reach out to our team for our availability to deliver.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Our sweets & treats do not contain nuts. With the exception of almond flour for macaron classes, we are a nut-free facility. However we cannot guarantee that ingredients we use such as chocolate chips or M&Ms have not been processed in a facility that also processes nuts.
We may be able to accommodate common allergens like gluten, dairy, and egg, based on the size of your order.
